For over 30 years, Bethel has been providing Home Care to the community. Our skilled nursing staff visit seniors at their homes, providing a wide range of health and personal care services to keep them healthy. Home care allows seniors to stay where they are most comfortable, while also providing them necessary assistance with daily tasks, injury or wound management, and medical conditions.

Clinical Support
From medication management to wound care, we design each program to help each person achieve their maximum level of recovery.
We provide care for those recuperating from several diagnoses such as joint replacement, stroke, surgery, and debilitating illness.
Care is also provided to people living with chronic illnesses such as diabetes, congestive heart failure, and asthma among others.
In addition to clinical services, the program also helps people who need assistance with bathing, dressing and other aspects of personal care. We also help with light meal preparation and household tasks. Patients may be referred to Bethel’s Home Care Program directly from hospitals, their physicians, and nursing and rehabilitation centers.
Once we receive a referral, one of Bethel’s registered nurses will go to the patient’s home to evaluate their needs and create a comprehensive plan.
