What our residents and families are saying...
Stories from residents, guests and family members say it best.
I want to let you know how grateful we are for the excellent care my father received. His nurses were so patient with him, and believe me when I say, there were times that he was not very cooperative.
A grateful daughter
D. was his special daytime care worker. When Dad was ready to go home after rehab, he said he wished he could bring her and the whole staff with him. There are not enough words in the English language to describe our gratitude for all you did for my Dad…Give the staff the applause they deserve!
Susan A., Ossining
I want to thank each and every one of you for the wonderful care you gave my father and the support you offered me.
Amy K., Croton-on-Hudson
My siblings and I were delighted with the care and love given by the wonderful staff. I was there every day, so I know how well cared-for she was.
JoAnne B., Cortlandt Manor
We know that Mom was very comfortable and well cared-for at Bethel, and the staff was wonderful, both to her and to us when we visited.
M.B. and Family, Somers
Just a little note to let you know how grateful we are for the care you gave to my husband every day!

Bethel – We hope you know…to all who care for our loved ones…we are more grateful than words can show.
M.G. and family, Mt. Kisco
We are so happy and have a great peace of mind with Mom at Bethel. Everyone has been so attentive and caring, we could not ask for more.
The family of C.L., Garrison
I wanted to let you know that the level of care at Bethel Croton was excellent. As an R.N. myself I am very critical. I found absolutely no fault with the care in any department! The nursing staff were caring and supportive…Physical and occupational therapy worked hard on his rehabilitation in a pleasant and friendly environment.
Thank you to all the staff who worked so hard to allow me to get back home in good health and spirits.
